Hope Hillyard, DPT, CSMT, CERT. DN
Hope began Champion Performance & Physical Therapy in 2015. She grew up in Eastern Iowa where she attended the University of Iowa. She obtained her doctorate in Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University in 2012. Her career focused originally on orthopedic conditions with an emphasis on functional training. She specialized in sports-related injuries and postoperative rehabilitation for the hip, knee, and shoulder and return to sport. She is Certified Spinal Manual Therapist (CSMT) through the International Spine and Pain Institute allowing her to effectively and efficiently treat conditions of the neck and back. Hope is a registered Graston Technique provider and is certified Dry Needling ( Cert. DN) through the Spinal Manipulation Institute. After having children of her own, her focus shifted. She realized the need for pelvic floor therapy not only in the traditional sense but in athletes as well. She has had extensive training through Herman and Wallace in Pelvic Floor Therapy and Women’s Health and has now been treating men and women in this population for over 7 years.
Dana, PTA
Dana received her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Emporia State University. She received her Physical Therapist Assistant’s Degree from Metropolitan CC-Penn Valley in 2015. She enjoys outpatient orthopedics and also is an ACE certified personal trainer.
Conner, DPT
Conner is a physical therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation. Originally from the small town of Phillipsburg in Western Kansas, he developed a passion for physical therapy after experiencing the rehab process firsthand following an ACL tear in high school. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Fort Hays State University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas. Conner prioritizes the patient experience, focusing on symptom management and functional progress through hands-on care and individualized treatment strategies. He is currently pursuing advanced certification in manual therapy to continue refining his clinical skills and delivering strong outcomes. Outside of the clinic, Conner enjoys painting and cheering on Kansas City’s local sports teams.
Noah, DPT
Noah grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He then moved to Omaha where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University. He enjoys working with any and all orthopedic injuries, along with general strengthening and/or balance training, helping get you back to what you love to do. His goal is to empower you to better your health and wellbeing by providing individualized, evidence-based education and exercises. Outside of physical therapy, Noah enjoys being involved with his church, playing pickleball, weight lifting, and indoor rock climbing.
Bryce, DPT
Bryce grew up in Overbrook, Kansas, and attended college in Lawrence before earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City. Bryce has a passion for working with individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and joint replacements. He also enjoys working with athletes and individuals who are looking to return to their desired activities. Bryce is dedicated to providing evidence-based, personalized care that helps patients regain confidence in their daily lives. In his free time, Bryce enjoys staying active, keeping up with new music, and cheering on the KC Chiefs with his friends and family.
